CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE INVESTORS ALLIANCE

COMING TOGETHER TO SOLVE THE HOUSING SHORTAGE

Founded in 2023 by real estate entrepreneur, educator, and FIRE Center founder, Rich Rice - the California Real Estate Investors Alliance (CALREIA) aims to address California's housing affordability crisis by uniting real estate investors, housing providers, entrepreneurs and residents committed to reducing regulatory barriers and promoting free-market principles to make affordable housing a reality for all Californians.

CALREIA firmly believes that excessive red tape and regulatory hurdles in housing construction are the primary factors contributing to the lack of truly affordable housing in California. By streamlining regulations and eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy, the alliance aims to empower builders and developers to meet the housing needs of all Californians - free of coercion.
